HA2 Terms of Service

HA2 is a calm place for Korean friends and global friends to share small daily moments. By using HA2, you agree to use the service respectfully and safely.

Account rules

• Use a valid email address.
• Do not impersonate another person.
• Do not create repeated abusive accounts.
• Keep your profile information respectful and appropriate.

Community rules

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual content.
• No spam, scams, or unwanted promotion.
• No sharing private information without permission.
• No content that harms minors or encourages unsafe behavior.
• No attempts to bypass safety limits, moderation, or account restrictions.

Friend discovery

Users can choose whether their profile appears in discovery and Heart Map. HA2 may limit visibility, friend requests, or messaging when an account appears risky or receives reports.

Content moderation

HA2 may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or review reports to protect the community. Automated filters may be used for text, images, spam, and safety risk signals.

Reports and blocks

Users should report harmful behavior and may block other users. Reports may be reviewed together with original content and account safety signals.
