HA2 Privacy Policy

HA2 is a private social app for sharing small daily moments with friends across countries. This policy explains what information HA2 plans to collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Email address for sign up and account recovery.
• Nickname, profile image, country code, spoken language, learning language, and short profile text.
• Posts, comments, reactions, chat messages, and uploaded images when these features are enabled.
• Basic device, log, IP, and security information for abuse prevention.

Location and country

HA2 does not use GPS location in the MVP. Heart Map uses a user-selected country code only. Exact location, address, and live location are not collected for Heart Map.

How we use information

• To create and manage accounts.
• To show profiles and country-level Heart Map connections.
• To support friend discovery, reactions, comments, and chat features.
• To detect spam, abusive behavior, harmful content, VPN/datacenter abuse, and repeated signup attempts.
• To respond to reports, blocks, support requests, and safety reviews.

Translation

HA2 may provide Korean-English translation features. Original text may be stored with translated text so users and moderators can review context accurately.

Content safety

HA2 may use automated and manual review tools for text, images, profiles, reports, and account risk signals. VPN or risk status is used internally and is not publicly displayed.
